My W810i hard reset on its own. I lost all the games and applications, some of the pictures in phone memory and the worse thing is.. the "internet services" shortcut in the menu doesn't work anymore. it displays: "something is wrong with the page you tried to access. Choose another link"

I can reinstall the software, but does anyone have any idea how to fix the internet services problem?

I can still access the browser through the old shortcuts in the bookmarks section. that means the net front browser is still intact.

How to fix my menu "internet services" problem???

i even updated the software with seus , but still i have this problem
