I am one of them.
But there are others who complain of buffering in video streaming and a host of accessibility problems with certain websites.
Of course there are those whose routers do not support IPv6.
Which category are you in right now?
Are you using IPv6 right now?

There are some users with absolutely no problems at all with IPv6.
I am one of them. But there are others who complain of buffering in video streaming and a host of accessibility problems with certain websites. Of course there are those whose routers do not support IPv6. Which category are you in right now? |

So, Maxis Fibre Internet users, please note that you need not participate in this poll because your ISP does not support IPv6.
If that is not what you experience, please do let us know the details. |

QUOTE(JohnLai @ Oct 15 2016, 12:45 PM) [/spoiler] My results are:-Unifi users seem to have 'better' CDN allocated to them. So, based on https://redirector.googlevideo.com/report_mapping , what are CDNs allocated to both of you? 2001:e68:5428:4652:eda3:9781:99bf:a3c1 => kul01s05 : router: "pr02.kul06" next_hop_address: "2001:4860:1:1:0:12b4:0:d" (2001:e68:5400::/42) My Youtube streams smoother than butter. |

Not to mention prefix 42......streamyx youtube CDN only has 36 prefix. Weird part is why streamyx youtube cdn got extra hop to loopback 127.0.0.1 |

QUOTE(JohnLai @ Oct 15 2016, 08:15 PM) I doubt it is router/modem issue. It is time specific throttling. I believe you.I got Dlink, TPlink, Asus and Aztech (2012 - 2015) With Dlink free dynamic DNS bundle (CCTV usage) Although I prefer not to use tunnel broker stuff due to some privacy concern. Not to mention it added some latency..... You have done your research well. |
