There are some users with absolutely no problems at all with IPv6.

I am one of them.

But there are others who complain of buffering in video streaming and a host of accessibility problems with certain websites.

Of course there are those whose routers do not support IPv6.

Which category are you in right now? smile.gif

You should add one more option "My ISP doesnt give us IPV6
*
It is better if you can let us know which ISPs do not support IPv6.

Then those forumers using those ISPs will know that they need not participate in this poll.

So, Maxis Fibre Internet users, please note that you need not participate in this poll because your ISP does not support IPv6.

If that is not what you experience, please do let us know the details. smile.gif

You are not using IPv6.

There is no IPv6 tag at the right-hand corner of your posting.

You are on Unifi.

What brand/model of router are you using that is causing youtube video streaming problems?

Unifi users seem to have 'better' CDN allocated to them.
So, based on https://redirector.googlevideo.com/report_mapping , what are CDNs allocated to both of you?
*
My results are:-

2001:e68:5428:4652:eda3:9781:99bf:a3c1 => kul01s05 : router: "pr02.kul06" next_hop_address: "2001:4860:1:1:0:12b4:0:d" (2001:e68:5400::/42)

My Youtube streams smoother than butter. smile.gif

See...both of you unifi users got kul06, streamyx users only get kul01.

Not to mention prefix 42......streamyx youtube CDN only has 36 prefix.

Weird part is why streamyx youtube cdn got extra hop to loopback 127.0.0.1
*
So, can we conclude that Unifi users have absolutely no problems with IPv6? smile.gif

I doubt it is router/modem issue. It is time specific throttling.
I got Dlink, TPlink, Asus and Aztech (2012 - 2015)

With Dlink free dynamic DNS bundle (CCTV usage)  rclxms.gif , I setup hurricane electric ipv6 tunnel and voila.......turbo 400KB/s from some America based youtube CDN.
Although I prefer not to use tunnel broker stuff due to some privacy concern. Not to mention it added some latency.....

I believe you.

You have done your research well. thumbup.gif
