i play on america though, never tried asia at all, unlike hearthstone, haha

i nub too, haha, current rank 35 lol, highest was 48, just go quick play win 1 round is easier than play comp...>.<

sniper seriously to me in overwatch is a terrible class, too many factors to make it a bad pick, unlike tf2, its like totally a different class that the negative outweigh its positives

if you want a sniper class, mccree is the best sniper in overwatch

i got healer, support tank (two classes) and maybe an atk based hero to pick up should be good, i tried mccree, i am bad at it for now, lol

snipers are best played as an attacker in a spawn spot but after clearing that range, you will need to switch to another class and after that lose all your ulti charge that you should have got playing as your primary class, so yea, one of the reasons why you should not be playing sniper, haha

i had 4 gold medals on that round, nearly won the cap (prolly need 2 more secs) but died somehow, so lost the game after that, lol

so, anyone else feel like this game has an mmo pvp match feel?

of course there is no wizards that can shoot fire balls or meteor shower, but feels like having a 5v5 in this case a 6v6 fight in an "arena" environment, but in general, a tanker, dps and healer classes are the trinity of mmos anyway

just suddenly has this random though and feels like it makes sense, lol

so yea, meteor shower exist in the game, lol

anyway, main difference between this and tf2 is that the ultis make it seems really "skill based" - (in this term using a skill) from mmo's and in the end one shotting you due to mistakes and the likes, tf2 does not have this mechanic and seems more fps skill base

so, just in my opinion, your auto attacks are range attacks that you have to aim, swords and hammers as melees and yea, skills that have a long cooldown

equipment wise, all is balanced as you can't buy an Excalibur to slay your enemies as they use an iron sword, lol...so what is left is map awareness, aim and character familiarity to compete, in dota, you don't have to aim for your range attacks, XD

if you really like comp, you should play ptr while polishing your skillz for the normal servers to re-open

the reason to play qp now is to get loot boxes actually, and also to buddy up with some players (from lowyat) and get ready for next season comp as well
