S Tier (>=95% Usage Rate): *No one!**
A Tier (>80% Usage Rate): No one!

C Tier (>20% Usage Rate): Mercy(!), Genji, Tracer, Reaper

i heard from my fren, previously she can stay around 30ms, but started this month, mostly get 120ms, not sure whats the issue.

i always on 14-15ms , but recently 198ms , but game still buttery smooth . dont know why

wutt, 198ms but ingame smooth? lolz, 200ms for me is not playable, full of delay, you shoot people, after 1 second then only start minus hp

now i spamming junkrat when i solo comp last 2 days, manage to kill genji even i die with him together by setting trap below me lol... (he die with my total mayhem passive)

or maybe that genji I counter is not that good.

Did you all feel this season 2 have a lot cheater than last season 1? from the ownedcode there release some public korean cheat tools, and selling oahsystem, i think more and more people are using.
