I have updated my desktop to Win 10 anniversary update since last weekend, and I noticed on this desktop alone, the boot process is too slow..when I was using Windows 8.1, it just took only 10 seconds..
what i found on google was; most user report slow boot after win 10 login comes out, but mine is the opposite..
my case was after pressing the turn on button, pc turns on and so is the monitor, but still black screen, only around 2-3 minutes after that will instantly show Windows login screen.
what causes this? my laptop also have done the same update but did not have the same issue, my laptop will show windows login around 10 seconds after powered on. and both device have SSD for OS.
the desktop has FastBoot enabled by default, disabling it only made the boot process way slower despite using SSD.
also, there were no error notifications/issues pop-up after booting in.
any ideas guys?

Idk man, tons of weird af bugs popped up on the web. My assumption is driver issue with older hardware, as many user reported. I'm also having problems after updating to the latest patch.
