i subscribe maxis fiber since March 2016, until today i still not making any payment yet and they barred my line now.
I wanted to make payment but it seem like way more difficult than i expect.
1. I DON't received single bill from MAXIS.
2. I can't trace, track, view or check my bill in MYMAXIS app. (as told by maxis, fiber is totally different thing).
3. Called their officer 3 times, they promise to send me a bill to my email and teach me how to pay, as is different with my MAXIS pay.
but i get nothing from MAXIS other than THREATENING EMAIL BY MAXIS.
so my question is HOW WE GOING TO PAY WHEN WE DUNNO HOW ?
and pls skip those stupid explanation abt maxis mobile n Maxis fiber is two different thing for below reason:
1. I don't work with MAXIS.
2. I don't care how maxis operate.
3. I still have to call 123 from my MAXIS line to get/transfer to MAXIS FIBER.
4. I JUST WANT TO PAY MY BILL
