Whatever is instant are definitely not good for health; even fastfood.

The lesser you put, the better. If you don't use it at all, it's the best.

The noodles should be fine if you "clean" them properly.

The Bak Kut Teh instant mee also nice but it's a little expensive. IIRC, it costs RM 3 to 4 per packet.

The wax to preserve the noodle and those seasoning (dry/soup) are bad for health/
