i think that none of the instant noodles are good for health, that's y i dont eat. but if you really want, there's one brand called 'Koka' it's dry instant noodles. it does not have MSG in it.

or if u want to eat noodles at home, you can buy mee, mee hoon etc in a package and make ur own soup. it's very easy.
