Hai gais last Friday 5th August (6:28pm) i did a transaction interbank giro through m2u. Recipient is cimb bank punya. Recipient complaint money didnt receive till now. I called maybank customer servis on Tuesday, they did confirmed there is a record on maybank and they need 2 weeks time to confirm with cimb, meanwhile the recipient went to the cimb and they say they have no such record.. wtf right. And so right now i cant get my item as the seller dunwan to pos bcz he did not receive the money.
So any suggestions other than i go to the maybank and direct complain? Tenks

You should have done "instant transfer" instead of "interbank Giro" which might take a day or two. But usually it's the next working day.

But usually if it doesn't work out the money will be reverse back. Check if your balance is correct. Sometimes this happens.
Usually ppl use Giro for pay loans. But if wanna transfer funds to other ppl, use instant transfer.

Yes, when transfer money to ppl always use "instant transfer". So the receiver get the money instant, no excuse of not receiving it.

Interbank Giro mostly for paying your own loans, hire purchase etc...cos you are not going to Songlap yourself right? lol
