Nope. Evolutions depends on the Pokemon's CP and its pre-calculated CP Multiplier. Yup, there's thing thing called CP multiplier. Each species of Pokemon has its own multiplier calculation. Google to know more about it.does your trainer level affects the pokemon you evolve?
