Bought yoyos from japan and us (ems and usps respectively)

arive in malaysia and handled by pos malaysia

both time gone smoothly

japan arrived 4 days after order
us arrived almost 2 weeks after

me parcel lost, gonna take 2-4 week to refund.

lost parcel can only get back to 40-65% saja.
depend on the shipping company like gdex, city link, poslaju, dhl.

How to order oversea product using pos laju?

No extra charge ka

usps or ems or any country local post system will only send out the item to port
local post like Pos Malaysia will handle the delivery locally

tldr: buy item outside malaysia, pay postage ems or usps, arrive in malaysia and handled by Pos malaysia

Your status like this because at first they forward to the wrong hub "Cheras".

Your area should be under brickfield hub. so your parcel in right track now. u shall receive today or tomorrow.

Is it items automatically handled by pos Malaysia if pay for ems or USPS postage?

each country have its own "pos malaysia" standard postage/courier system
it is also the most economical way to ship items

so when you buy things out side malaysia

like in japan,they use ems which is handle by japan post in japan
and when arrived will be handled by pos malaysia

usa use usps, same setup
inside usa, done by usps, arrived malaysia is done by pos malaysia

same goes if reversed
and if there is tracking number available you can track in pos malaysia website as well
