i also hope they turunkan harga, but TM is a big company with many staffs, with high operational cost, so if they turunkan harga streamyx (with hundreds thousands of subscribers), their profit margin will drop signifcantly, and they will have trouble to pay salary, maintenances and also to supplier/contractors

that's why they never turunkan harga streamyx/unifi package for the masses, only increase speed while maintaining same price so that people feel satisfied

only a small number of people got their monthly price reduced, but only for special cases la, like the ones who spammed aduan so much

all these are done to maintain their sustainable revenue. correct me if i'm wrong

I just sent report to MCMC asking price discount for my 8Mbps RM140/month, hopefully can get RM88/month like some of you here

me, still under 2 years contract, managed to get 8Mbps price reduced from RM140 to RM99. see my proof below. you just follow the template and edit a bit according to your situation


i guess i was lucky, I only sent 1 complaint ticket to MCMC and two days after, got TM staff called me offer price reduction to RM99/month

i also got the same sms, but my speed is 8Mb wor while u only 4mb, but same price RM69

bruh you should file complaint to TM thru MCMC portal

not all, depend on the capability of TM infra in your area. could be either 1Mbps, 2 Mbps, 4Mbps or 8 Mbps.
if u using 8mbps, it's quite a good deal. but if using lower speed, then u quite rugi

the price adjustment is true, but with some issues.

mine 8mbps adjusted to RM69/month without additional rubbish TV pack. Total = RM 69/month
my friend 8mbps adjusted to RM69/month but with UnifiTV Ultimate Pack (magically appear , before this never subscribe this) worth RM60/month and few other things. Total = RM 145/month

if your case same like my friend, better unsubscribe the additional TV pack via app of go to tmpoint
