U signed contract, and the price is stated in the contract, if they gives u discount, u can use them for not honoring the contract, so to be safe the play by the rules.

It's a common tricks using by most company to maximize their profit, they need to be fair to their share holder not their customer, like some ministers said Chinese is our customers, and since when u see they been fair to chinese?
