same case here too.
my bf said our streamyx bill was steady with RM127 (including tax) since 2016 Broadband Home.
but last December 2018 he noticed there was 2 times charging on the bill for unifi tv pack. called 100 and visit TM Point both said cannot cancelled because the pack was part of the package. but the price still same RM127

Last week suddenly TM customer service SMS him saying starting next month our bill will state RM69 after removal of unifi tv pack. like wtf? only now they said the pack can be cancelled. We asked around many of our friends and colleagues said they still have their case pending for the removal tv pack not sure how wait until next month. damn awful.

really l*nciao if you ask me. seems like we all buta2 kena charged for outrageous prices that TM suka2 bind us with

2 days ago my bf received an email that his credit limit has reached 70%. first thing he did was asking me if I had made any oversea calls using house line,of course I didn't. buta2 kena scolded :/

I told him to contact TM Help first to check the credit limit charge. after chatting with 2 TM live chat CS officers (who gave very unhelpful answers),finally third guy explained that we have been charged RM300 for penalty of removal Unifi TV pack. I almost pengsan when he told us the bill for this month cost RM375.
Thank God he was been very helpful by apologizing about the mistake and filed a report for us to make new adjustment for the bill amount. Now we waiting for their answer because status of the report is still in process.

Log in your unifi.com.my account and look for the bill charge there. You should see the penalty fee under Unifi TV pack after internet charge. The CS officer told us the mistake was caused by their system error which automatically keyed in the penalty fee for any order to remove the Unifi TV pack.

Contact TM via email/live chat or call 100. They will ask for your details and personal info for verification first before making an order to remove the Unifi tv pack. Please copy the reference number of the removal order to check the status in the future.
