Hi,
Anyone already got the free upgrade from 4Mbps to 8Mbps?
I called 100 and went to tmpoint, they told me only eligible customers can get the free upgrade.
I already checked with them, my area can support up to 8Mbps.
This should have been done before March. But now already July.

I am fed up with their service.
They told me eligible customers.
Any advice given to counter them?

From the looks of it, they MIGHT not even upgrade the speed. For e.g. if you're on 1MBPS at say RM110, they'll reduce it to RM69 but the speed stays at 1MBPS. No upgrade to 8 MBPS even if the max speed is available.

Ridiculous. Why they can’t upgrade the speed automatically?
As promised by our minister of communication and multimedia, we should get the upgrade before that. Unifi already got the 10x speed upgrade.

Guys,

For those who are using 1,2,4Mbps package better go upgrade by yourselves manually.
I just did that and they called me to verify the upgrade. So I asked them whether they will upgrade the speed next month for those packages that below 8mbps, they told me that they will only reduce the price but not upgrade the speed(even though your area the infra can support 8mbps). So better do it yourself.
