Contact them via chat and complained about my bill shock, basically they upgraded my old screamyx from 4mbps to 8mbps without me actually notice any speed upgrades and no idea I even had hypptv to begin with! Ended up they waved it since I'm upgraded to unifi... Not sure about your case since you do know about the upgrade and hypptv AND terminate it! MCMC will be your savior now! |
