I paid RM170.65 (inc GST) for 2 years for 8Mbps Streamyx package. Now contract end.

few weeks ago i check weather has Unifi in my area. Still don't have it after 10 years waiting. It's not even a kampung!
Across the road the Taman already has Unifi!

So please advise what should I do next?

Why need to terminate existing line if the package still the same only different pricing?

I had terminate once when I switch from 1Mbps Streamyx to 8Mbps Streamyx 2 years ago, and now I need to terminate and install new line again with installation fees? BS.

Not to mention I have to deal with level 2 technician again to switch off noise profile on their DSL system which default to ON. It can cause really huge latency and internet slowdown. Yes I'm talking about the magical "Latency Type interleaved" default on TM DSL system. I'm VERY sad I have to talk about this ancient shit in 2017!

Bonansa Streamyx 8Mbps subscribers are paying RM86.95 as of latest current billing after zero rated GST. There you go. Don't simply satisfy.

Streamyx user main objective here is to get Unifi service so that the pricing can be fair for all, along with speed improvement, especially on UPLOAD speed rate, not just about the DOWNLOAD.

hardware limitation, streamyx max 8Mbps..........unless you upgrade to unifi

possible, via vdsl implementation.. but speed and quality will greatly impacted by distance.

can go up to 20mbps but TM wont do it. they locked until 9mbps only.

if  16mbps should be ok to download. but if uploading huge file loading will appear on you hypptv. If TM seperate hypptv and intenet just like unifi you can watch hypptv without worrying about loading. I am frequently experience loading and lagging on my hypptv even I am not downloading or uploading any files. Even higher TM technician cannot do anything.

I tried to check on my 8Mbps streamyx upgrade but it required my Service ID.
Where can you find Service ID on bill? I have looked a dozen times but there is no Service ID.
Can you help by pointing me to right spot on TM Bill.

Yes, I used the same form but it required Service ID.
I keyed in my connected phone 04xxxxxxx but it said invalid Service ID.
On ? of Service ID, it said it should be on TM Bill.
I can't find on bill.
