im on streamyx 1Mbps for almost 6 years

According to our records, you are currently subscribing to Streamyx 1Mbps package. For the information, about 100,000 Streamyx customers will be eligible
for the new package to be introduced in June 2017. In addition, not an automatic upgrade for Streamyx customers. Thus, customers have to apply for upgrade. Thus, for existing Streamyx's user, customers have to apply for upgrade to new greater value broadband package that will be introduced in June 2017. Hence, you are advisable to wait for that. this is what i get after emailing tm...june only upgrade? and for those with no free upgrade must apply new package ka? xpaham lol |

pukimak tm offer webe for wut better halve the pricing or upgrade the speed for streamyx users la if i take webe, i had to pay extra rm79 and discount rm10 for only 12 months jibaihai whoever planned shud die a cancerous death |

dah how many times i got called for offer to upgrade but he said max speed is 1mbps  also complaint to skmm, still no response

how long does it take for tm to email u after lodging complain to mcmc?
mine already 4 days liao still no assignee, is it normal or i picked the wrong service? |

guys i juz received a call from 03 2241 1909
they said that rm68 for 1mb or the rm88 for 4mb is for ppl with income <rm1000 really meh?last time i saw some people said an agent give offer one... now solved liao shud i reopen? i completely forgot abt the free upgrade budget |
