They dominate the market, so they can do anything they want. Plus, I think they control a lot of things, that's why until now, no other company can stay on par with TM.

Guys, anyone facing this before?

I got my streamyx Thank You surprise last year around Oct 2017, I got the free basic Hypp TV package for Free for my 4Mbps streamyx. I am glad to be offered this free package without paying anything.

However, I cut my streamyx line at DEC 2017, and there penalty me because the FREE Hypp TV subscription about RM 200 +++.

So i check back my bills, actually the Hypp TV is NOT FREE! They just deduct the streamyx amount, add up the Hypp TV amount!

Old Streamyx bill = rm88
New bill with streaymx + free hypp tv = 33 + 55 = 88!

There is a rm55 for the hypp tv! SO if i terminated the streamyx, i have to pay the remaining hypp TV for one year subscription! WTF! I thought This is FREE subscription?

Everyone, please kindly help me on this, does this make sense? Anyone facing this before?

Or may be you didn't realize, please check you bills.
