The thing is that RM30 HyppTV cant be struke off without terminating existing package.
So realistically it's still RM88 for 8Mbps.
If anyone able to cancel just the TV pack, please let me know.

It's not RM58.
It comes with RM30 HyppTV. So practically it's RM88.

Months ago TM offer me 8M @ RM88.
Now after convert to Unifi Lite, my bill become RM105.
What a joke!

Once terminated it will reimburse according to cancellation date.

Yes. And the point triggered me is the fact that during TM call to offer me RM88 package months ago, they mentioned that's RM88 (Streamyx) and no TV pack or any other bundle.
Turns out the bill become RM58 (Streamyx) + RM30 (TV pack). ranting.gif

Well as you said, it's good that we can get reimbursement based on cancellation date. But I still annoyed with the fact that:
1. we need to pay more than what being promised due to the TV pack,
2. unable to terminate the TV pack before the new bill is coming, and
3. need to manually reach TM to terminate that TV pack (and it's even worst if need to go to TMpoint).

Those TV pack was being forced upon us in a first place during registration & can't be omitted; I'm sure most of us not using that pack at all (due to Unifi lite RM129 package, the TV pack is available at app only, no HyppTV box included).
As what they said to me last time, we can, provided the request of cancellation for TV pack is done after receiving the new bill (aka after migration to new price adjustment for internet package to RM69, and bill generation). Until you receive the new bill, you're can't terminate the TV pack. And yea, I hate that.  dry.gif

Not to mention that not everyone have time to visit TM point as they never open on Sat/Sun.

I went TM point to proceed with cancellation.
Process was smooth, what you need is just fill in Application/Termination form and press number, pass over counter and scan fingerprint.

SA confirmed again that next bill will reimburse the charges from the day I submit cancellation request.
Let's see again next month.

Despite, I still annoyed by the fact that need to go TM point during lunch time. Aint nobody got time for that. mad.gif

I requested to cancel the TV pack only.
However, I'm not sure if they will cancel and recreate streamyx package.
If they did and contract period reset, time to screw them again.

For my case, mine was 8M @ RM88.
They achieve this by RM160 (ori price) - RM102 (discount) + RM30 (HyppTV subscription).

Live chat can only advise you based on your problem.
For subscription change, one must call 100 or TMPoint. I opt for latter one as I can have proof if they mess up anything.

I received an email mentioned that I have outstanding balance of RM607.
The last change I did is removing TV pack which cost RM30 right after Unifi Lite's fixed RM69 bill.

WTF TM, don't tell me this is caused by contract bs.
Already called 100, got the report number and now waiting them to resolve.

Yeap, I received call yesterday but not able to answer at oversea.
Called 100 and confirmed that they trying to explain what happened and will waive the penalties.
Now waiting for the sms similar to yours...

This time they fix their screw ups faster than I thought.
Guess they are improving.

Many year ago the tmbill.tm... able to do this, now you need to call 100 for password change.
Why do you need to change it? if someone login your streamyx account from other telephone line than the one you register with it, they will be locked in walledgarden.tm and not able to use it.
