really meh?last time i saw some people said an agent give offer one...

And TM so called Streamyx Lite 1Mbps RM38 with 1gb quota ain't exactly for poor people either........

using streamyx but getting this messege on 6th march

they ignore and close my case again.... tm said my area no unifi.... cant apply unifi lite.... T.T ppl paying rm149 for 10mbps while we stuck at 4mbps with the same price

If your place have pure unifi (this is their term) then they will ask you to subscribe to pure unifi. Unifi lite is only for places where there is no unifi, but hv streamyx 10mbps. So it is restricted to very few location. KPDNKK should block them from using unifi lite, as if it is fiber optics. It is just copper lines.

U are in the same boat as me......i had enough shit from TM...jump to Digi Infinite and getting 10X the speed with the same price...happy go terminate my streamyx...at the counter the person offer discount to rm129 i said "if u give rm20 a month also i dont want because the way TM treat their streamyx customer"...and he kept quite after that and process the termination...
