yup it's possible untill POE..i'm at POE at the moment. Regarding to maintain that state of the team spirit you need coach with better leadership.

to get it up fast you just play your league/cup match PIC. but to get hold of it you need a good leadership coach. the one that i have currently is inadequate leadership, the POE state only last for 2 update, after that drop one level. i'm not sure about the effect of specialist on it maybe some other sifu can give an answer on that.

yup GK training good for newbie due to the start up cost is lower and the training time is shorter. you should try to buy 17 - 18 yo with atleast passable keeper, train for 2 to 3 season then sold it. make sure you have atleast passable coach.

ouh damn...i'm facing another liga perdana team.. abit lucky to win against a weaken khalid jamlus fc team..

if u see his player list, it's seem like he planning to quit. Only his coach have high TSI worth for a Liga team. Other player seem like div 4 player.
