youth academy pulls are mostly passable at best in 1 primary skill. the rest all disastrous. -.-ll

The expectations is high, I guess, many people forget in the old Youth system, its even difficult to get a 17 yo and decent pull, but in the new most people promote at 17 yo and automatically expected a super pull.
