Hi guys my baby girl is still small so I thinking what kind of person I want to bring her up and I'm very dilemma.

At first thought want to bring her up as a smart girl so won't get cheat by guys. But after think, I'm afraid she will be smart and cheat guys instead. You know those kind of girls who take advantage of guys. I dun want her become like that.

On the other hand if she is good girl have good heart she will easily let guys cheat.

How should I train her up?

Found this in 9gag, can't resist to post it here laugh.gif

Just teach her to be what you want, but once the time come tell her what all boys want from a girl, you were once a boy, right? You know what does it mean

And if things goes wrong prepare her earlier, self defence..... atleast she can do something when you are not there to protect her, i plan to enroll my daughter in judo, it is a close quarter self defence

Last but not least, again if something goes wrong, be there for her
Good luck....

Very tough question for parents indeed. I only have a boy. All I did was brainwash him to marry low maintenance girl, just like his mom. But also worried, coz so far he notice his dad spend alot on hobbies and didn't really spend on me. Who knows, he may end up wanted to pamper his wife/gf, coz too pity his mom have to buy her own stuff. tongue.gif

Sometimes we worry too much. I think best not to set guidelines, just be open for them to discuss.. hopefully they will tell us their interest and seek guideline before get into a relationship too deeply.

equip your child with all the skills they need to survive. learn coding, cooking, music, art.

always note that kids take after their parents. your attitude and how you are will influence them.

Actually looking at cupid corner and my surrounding, I think guys getting heartbroken by girls at this generation is higher than the other way round.

I have a boy haha

But what I can say, you can raise your girl to be smart.

Now days, with internet all, girls tend to grow up so fast. My colleagues daughter only 14, already thinking what Uni she wants to attend and asking if her parents have the money to send her to that Uni lol They will be alot smarter with all the internets.

Most importantly, always have the time for her.

Don't sweat it, girls always close to their dad. I think you're going to be just fine biggrin.gif thumbup.gif

teach her on what men do, i have a daughter too here. i will teach her how to safeguard herself coz when she grow up and becoming mature i can't always be right by her side to protect her.

Its a very subjective answer, but of course as parents/education will educate them to be more alert on their surrounding.
But at the end, its depend on her decision/actions.

1st/ decide what you want her to be.

2nd/ decide on what method to use to make her what you want her to be.

3rd/ have the means to use the method to make her be what you want her to be.

4th/ have the discipline to follow thru the method to teach her what you want her to be.

5th/ And this is the MOST important one.........For God sake ask her what she want to be!! icon_question.gif icon_question.gif

well she can be both,if she set her mind at it.

My daughter when she was in secondary wanted to be a King Scout, which involves a lot of activities and at the same time she set her mind to be a doctor.
Well now she's 24 and she's already a doctor and she got her King Scout just two year ago.On top of that she a grade 8 piano student.

What I'm trying to say is,if she's ok with it,support her with all your heart thumbup.gif
