Reading some comments and done some scanning can verified it as below.

you put "Asean Sculpture Garden" on Google Maps, that is where Ponyta spawn.

Nest. I scanned at least 4 at the same time today.

then I pass by the electabuzz nest too at Puchong, Taman Wawasan Recreational Park. There spawn around 2 every 2 hours only. if lucky, able to get 4 in one hour.

i think i found Squirtle, Machop and Exeggcute nest.. its a frequent spawn..
i walk in circle from Tasik Shah Alam > PKNS > Plaza Alam Sentral > Tasik Shah Alam.. i just follow the trail on the map..

no la, I came from Ipoh to KL to play due to public holiday, casual days didn't play much. But what hardcore wasn't me, it was those kl people, the park there aprox more than 100~150 people are still playing when I'm leaving at 4am.

I believe at Titiwangsa Lake there are more people I assume, since there are Dratini nest.

Looks like its a nest for Magikarps, Psyducks, Slowpokes and Dratinis

Went there only Tuesday, caught 6 charmanders in 1.5 hours. However no sightings of Dratini at all
