First time ever bumped into wild gyarados with very high cp, managed to catch it after three ultra balls and berries. Quite thrilled lol cos it saves me the effort to collect 400 candies.
Caught it in klang near a river, just randomly spawned without any sighting
My friend got it at 2.1k+ cp as well
