L11 today... shit la gym people go keng... how to beat... CP 1.5k-1.6k

Hi Guys,

Who here is in MidValley? I keep on conquering the gym but keep on being beaten... need help from those above level 20 to maintain our Yellow Instinct Superiority!

Sadly Cheras is Blue area (majority of the time)... I also find myself alone fighting gyms... sadly... however there is a mosque (Masjid Nurussaadah) whereby from time to time will have a level 10 gym but these guys are not oftenly here..

Any Instinct members here at Kampung Cheras Baru/Taman Mawar/Taman Muda/Taman Yulek.

I normally raid gyms at 5am along the Jalan Kuari stretch. If you want to help out/join let me know. Everyday so far without fail I will at a minimum manage to collect around 30-50 coins.

not really bro, there are only a few Instinct guys here sadly, most of the time Mystic will control... sadly...

thanks for the share, yes I know the is a FB but I am just not a fan of telegram... huhuhu... anyway my gym raid time would be considered crazy by some as I normally raid at 4-5am daily

Yup, daily.. Yesterday 60 coins, today morning 70 coins...

There were a few times I managed to reach 90 coins but when on the way for the 100th... sure kena attack dy... ha'ih...

I am not sick, just that I cannot sleep and often wake up early...

very good questions... it depends... sometime I sleep around 9-10pm, mostly I will sleep around 12-1am... but come 4-5am auto wakeup... body always tired... unless I get to doze off at 9am... then wake up feel fresh!

today I woke up around 5am... and manage to get 8 gyms... but only manage to collect 70 coins... 1 kena bantai.. sadly..

Not to say healthy all the time also bro, this year I already sick like 6 times leh... huhuhuh

ouch, you need to find better location with loads of Gyms.

along Jalan Kuari, not so easy to farm also cause got lots of blue and red guys here... just my timing is right la... i go bang Gyms when they sleeping... hehehehehe

actually there is a way to train that you can up the prestige points faster.

try this, lets say the gym is now 6000/8000 prestige points. the lowest defending mon is 2k cp. select all your line up with less than 1k cp mons and fight. once you win the 1st gym mon, run. the gym prestige should up by 1k points to 7000/8000. do this twice and you will have an open spot to put in your mon.

the common mistake is that people tend to send in strong mons where wins will only up by 100 prestige points per mons you win over.

furthermore there are also many gym besides putrajaya that is hold by instinct. you can ask at Pokemon Go Malaysia FB page.

around my time and another guy from instinct. but our problem is we need to take down high level gyms in order to collect... we have 7 gyms side by side at my place... but most are level 7-10 mystic... which is sucky..

so every morning we have to bang... nowadays potions are hard to get... so we only take down 1-2 a day... if got more people then we can take down even more... sadly everyone in cheras is quite...
