Higher trainer level will allow you to encounter Pokemon with higher CP.....you can start raising Pokemon post level 14, anything before that is...meh...*shrugs*

wild pokemon max out at level 30

that means, as long yr trainer level is more than 30 , then yr chances of getting those max cp are high. Should only evolve them once you catch any high cp after level 30. else your pokemon wont reach the highest cp.

means need to max player lv to 30 before really start to get perfect iv pokemon?

So keep all candy until trainer reach lv 30?

i think itll take long time to reach 30...just spend on evolve early game

yes , thats what im doing now. i rather evolve the strongest of them all , rather than get back those candies.

what for ? a waste if the cp is gonna be lower then

evolve candy is only like 25? which is easy to get and each evolve gives good exp ...
if u wanna keep all candy till lv 30..i wonder when only can reach lv 30 lol...
just evolve and reach lv 30 then only start collecting candy since good pokemon can be caught easily without evolving at all

how about the pokemon which requires 2/3rd stage evolution which requires 100 ? or magikarp ?

its better to evolve commonly found pokemons like pidgey or rattata if u wanna get d exp from it.
