rush there , it spawn inside a gated condo , the security wont let me in , i pretend said i need to u turn ,

enter!! dragonite spawn , click , cp??? my gf phone wont spawn , time finished i bet !

he then force me out of the condo area ,

used like 70 ultra ball and razz .. finally manage to catch it !

havent check exact IV , but appraisal said "amaze " + "blown away def" with dragon breath and claw !

I took down the Blue gym and put in a low CP Magikarp for giggles.

Finally caught my first Aero at kl sentral on my second try there. Waited 2+ hours there just for it and it finally spawned at 3:30pm. One appeared at around noon but I wasn't able to get there in time.

I went to Bangsar Village first, which is also another known place for Aeros, but didn't manage to encounter any because probably earlier in the morning two had already appeared at around the same time at 9am+. I wasn't there yet. Used pokemesh's web scanner, which is back online btw, and saw them.

For those who live around or frequent kl sentral should have higher chances of catching more, cherry picking the best ones. I feel that this applies to other rare pokemons with no known nests. They appear periodically at certain areas, but with much larger periods like several times within a day or several days, as oppsoed to within an hour like known nests. Therefore for such pokemons, some people will find that they see it quite often and yet for others not a single chance yet. I'm from SS2 so I have to travel to kl sentral in order to even have a chance at encountering Aero as SS2 isn't a place visited by Aeros. However, SS2 is a "sparodic visiting area" for Scythe and more sparodically for Snorlax. I've caught quite a few Snorlax scattered around commercial and residential areas of SS2 over the span of weeks. Haven't caught one with over 2k CP however and there was even one with a remarkable CP of 18. Candied it eventually.

I believe smaller park so less spawn points and hence lower spawn rate.

Ya, it depends on the IV value as well as the higher IV you had on the Dragonite, the higher CP you can achieve.
I currently petting one @ 87% IV, MAXED CP is 2980. My trainer level is 29. So i guess it would reach 3k by the time i reach level 30.

I think if the IV is 95% or 100%, it could achieve 3k @ level 29.

It's not the first time.

There was the snorlax troll.

I've never spotted a snorlax until almost finish level 27 and the first one I spotted on radar, I quick ran out of the office like giler a couple hundred meters and that fat cat ran off after a few ultraballs.

Then I buat operasi buruh kucing gemuk.. monitor radar lah.. see trend lah and over one weekend camping in a possible spot in another city = Success.

Just one day later... Snorlax appeared next to my office and now (early level 28)... its appearing everyday.... this morning itself I caught 2 and to-date caught 19 of them.

Same with Charmander.

Macam orang giler chase charmander until 90+ candy to evolve charmeleon. Then Charizard appear for the first time ever a few tens of meter near my home. Next couple days after that, charmander mega nest appeared near my place.

See.. not kidding wan.

finally hit lvl 29 ytd, another 350k to lvl 30, then i can finally concerntrate on finding 100% iv and best moveset for each pokemon

Just caught the lousiest Lapras in PD just now.

Try using Slowbro with Ice Beam, Slowbro resist Steel damage while its Ice Beam does effective damage on Dragonite. Or Gyarados with Dragon Pulse, same as well it'll resist Steel while dealing effective damage on Dragonite.

If the Dragonite has Dragon Breath, use Clefable with Moonblast instead.
