they lessen the drop rates for potions and revive? i am finding it hard to get those recently...

LOL snorlax spawned two days in a row near my housing area. yesterday couldnt find but today caught a baby snorlax 302 cp.

You don't have to revive/heal them immediately wut.

Not really though, just see him flying around scouting pokemon for his buddies and hogging the gym beside dataran.
Tonight was a good day to catch dratini(68 candies). Snorlax came out at central market but ran away and Dragonite behind dataran but CP3++.
