Long time I never been here. Can't believe the number of ppl mingling around and catching charmanders which looks to be a regular spawn site here. Caught me about 6 before leaving.

How long it took for you to catch those 6 charmanders? I got a good IV one, but hunting for candies seems to be the killer for me now.....it's so so so rare compared to Bulbasaur or Squirter Squirtle
I think there are theories going around that Pokemons spawned from its nest are all bad IV, bad like the 1st comment we get from appraisal would be "Overall, your XXXX may not be great in battle.....". I insta transfer any pokemons with that kinda appraisal

Saw a Growlithe in sighting & damn i ran up & down the place also can't encounter it.....denggg.

Been busy catching Pikaaaachuuuuuuuuus.
Noticed all the Pickachus I caught in the wild have terrible IVs.

I think there is credence to the theory that Pokemons from nests have bad IVs.

Pikachus - I've managed over 200 Pikachu candies camping Taman Jaya. All the Pikachus had bad IVs.
Charmanders - I've managed over 200 candies from Dataran. All the Charmanders had bad IVs.

Luckily, I had one Charmander and one Pikachu with good IV from eggs for me to evolve.

Where's the condo lobby entrance? The RedTick supermarket there?

My friend found it too several weeks back, said it's near the gym.

I wanna hunt more Growlithe to evolve mine. I got 2 good IV Growlithe, but this game really not sincere one lerr.....gave me good IV Growlithe also wanna troll. I got a CP735 long time ago, it has good IVs (even got the "...simply amaze me!" comment) & then few days ago caught another one with BETTER IV than my 1st Growlithe. But then..........CP253 only....          

I can't even get enough Growlithe to evolve it, let alone powering it up. Damn troll wehh.....

Ok, looks like I'll be making more trips to Setiawalk soon.

Yea, it's good for farming stardust too since pokemon spawn a lot very quickly. I used up HECK A LOT of stardust recently to power up my team.

Definitely need the Magikarp, need like 30 more Magikarp.
It's also a good place to get Dratini, i think i got 3 that night when i was there....paid the parking ticket & went down to the carpark de, suddenly Dratini in sighting! Quickly run back up!!! 
Also Growlithe!! Need plenty of those sadly. I really need a good fire pokemon in my team. My current team made me look like I'm from Cerulean Gym   
Lastly, I wanna get a good Slowbro with Ice Beam to freeze all those Dragonite out there. Since it's the nest there, maybe I can't get a good IV one.....will know soon.

Today one of my friend got a CP2k+ Dragonite with good IV in Setiawalk too.

So......looks like I'll be sleeping in Setiawalk for a while 

3.09pm the Dragonite spawned right in the middle of the hot spot; the two side by side PokeStop.

Flareon has good damage, but damn slow & very taufu. Hence hard to dodge & takes loads of damage, if fail to dodge enemy's ultimate move....confirmed quite useless de.

Any good IV ones?

Weird, i have the same sentiments regarding catching from nest too. But the fella i met today, somehow got a good Magikarp from Setiawalk.

Dragon Pulse should be good at whacking Dragonite, give it a try & share the result with us. I'm actually looking forward to a Dragon Pulse Gyarados, cause i got a lil too many Hydro Pump in team already.

Hydro Pump with STAB damage is 29.6. But it's not effective against Dragonite so it's lesser damage than that. Dragon Pulse is 18.1 damage, plus since it's super effective on Dragonite, it should do double damage. Basically based on theories, Dragon Pulse Gyarados can do more damage on Dragonite than Hydro Pump Gyarados.

The positioning of the pokestops and the routes at Midvalley doesn't jive.
Not a place I'd visit for pokemons, there are better malls for that.

I remember having high hopes when going there and left somewhat disappointed.

What's your top 3 spots for pokemon?
