Anyone done that before? How to do it? Where to do it?

go to any school and ask the headmaster to certify copy.
or find your friend working as a Pegawai kerajaan and they can do it for you.
or your local JKKK (ketua kampung) can do it also.

I think you can either get a grade A govt servant or a commissioner of oaths to do it.

Need to pay the commissioner of oaths, though. If you have a lot, find a cheaper one. One MCA related one I met wanted RM10 for each document. Lol.

last time i apply skolarsip just bring original copy and photostat copy to my secondary school find the principal. he will chop and sign then kautim.

certify true copy any loyar can do. if ic can do at jabatan pendaftaran. DO oso can do iinm

u gonna need com. of oath if u want to notarify a document.

ctc- ard rm5/pg, sometimes more sometimes less.

notarify - rm50/chop

Hi Darth Vaper. It's not RM100. Below is the fees since 1993 which did not change until today (23 years till now).

Affirmation (Sumpah) of documents :-
Original Affidavit / Statutory Declaration: RM4.00
Copy of Affidavit / Statutory Declaration: RM2.00
Original Exhibit: RM2.00
Copy of Exhibit: RM1.00

go google search for "pesuruhjaya sumpah",.. bring ur documents there to cop certified,.. cost about rm4-10 per piece,.. i think..

I think their HR can certify for you? However you need to bring the original documents for them to check.

Btw.. want to share.. once u get the certify true copy (ctc).. just photostat copy that one.. and used the copy instead the one with original stamping .. in future u no need to get certified every time u want to use it.. and its valid too..

Why resume need certified true copy? Usually it's for certificates.

When I was a student I just went to a gov office and asked nicely if anyone that can certify true copy is willing to help.
