just be aware that post sales or technical support from exabytes IS LOUSY

they will always use an automated reply first to open your ticket
bcos they've got their sla to upkeep

then when and if someone actually attends to your issue - which will be
24 - 47 hours later - the English is so bad that you would have to
explain your problems repeatedly that by then sometimes your internal
company people or you yourself would have 'solved' the initial issues

For me exabytes support reply very fast but just most of their plans are slightly cheap but alot hidden terms they never tell you.

Like they say unlimited storage but its limit by nodes, alot things out of normal requirement they tell you to switch to dedicated. So over all normal usages is okay want more no.

just be careful of small cheap hosting company last time i used one suddenly Just server down and run away lost my backup and money. Email them and call no response

I think this large conglomerates have larger manpower or outsourcing of customer service else where.

yeah, the site itself described everything as MORE. MORE but they didn's show what are they? I don't really like the hidden terms and features that they blown out of proportions that we don't even need at all or require a certain learning curves to do it which became redundant to lay person.

i learned the hard way its like digi say unlimited but speed reduce after limit. If i not wrong the nodes are limited to 300,000 files

I did a quick price check on godaddy, quite affordable to me.
But i havent check if the servers are local data center or overseas.

Depend if u do business and your clients majority from malaysia that it matters but if personal use not really matter
