Need a new monitor? If no you may consider this:

Intel Core i7 7700 - RM 1403
Asus H110M-K - RM 259
G.SKill Aegis 8GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM - RM 255
Palit GTX1050 2GB GDDR5 StormX - RM 565
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 219
FSP Hexa+ 450W - RM 169
Tecware Edge - RM 149

Total: RM 3019 (ETECH price inclusive of GST)

If yes then you need to downgrade the CPU from i7 to i5 (or wait for AMD Ryzen for cheaper multicore CPU next month).

Intel Core i5 7500 - RM 908
Asus H110M-K - RM 259
G.SKill Aegis 8GB DDR4 2133MHz RAM - RM 255
Palit GTX1050 2GB GDDR5 StormX - RM 565
WD Blue 1TB HDD - RM 219
FSP Hexa+ 450W - RM 169
Tecware Edge - RM 149
BenQ GW2270 - RM 432

Total: RM 2956 (ETECH price inclusive of GST)

* BIOS update is required to run Kaby Lake CPU on a mobo with older chipset.
How about this then? It is much larger than SFF case (< 15 litre) but slightly smaller than mid tower.

Thank you for the advise. I was thinking that the budget of rm3000 is excluding the monitor.
