If it is not stated with any color rating then it is white, 80+ White, just like Corsair VS450/FSP Hexa+ 450W.

If you really want to have the "Bronze" rating then you can look for EVGA 450B, price is around RM 240.

EVGA PSU stocks just reached Malaysia last month so they are still quite limited in terms of available retailers.

80+ is a rating system, Titanium > Platinum > Gold > Silver > Bronze > White (mainstream one), these are the efficiency of the PSU, it has nothing to do with the 3rd party features offered by the PSU manufacturers like silent fan/0db fan feature/digital control etc.

What you get from Bronze over White is the little increment in terms of PSU efficiency but it is extremely hard to notice the difference in your monthly TNB bill. Higher efficiency = less AC power is needed to generate the same amount of DC power.

Then your best option would be EVGA 500B (tier 3), slightly better than FSP Raider 500W (tier 4).

For best price/performance ratio, you can go for the following build, but if you don't play graphics demanding games then you can downgrade the GPU and add SSD.

As always, to reduce bottleneck, you are advised to go for the best CPU that you can get with your budget, so no doubt that i5 is a much better pick than i3 to reduce the chances of getting a CPU bottleneck.

Those CPU demanding titles will show CPU bottleneck symptoms (doesn't matter which model, if the game/GPU requests resources faster than what the CPU can feed it then bottleneck will occur), different games have different hardware requirements, some will work fine on dual core i3 CPU, but some won't.

Looking for a silent PSU? Your budget can only get low (or mid) end PSU and the noise level could be still an issue during load time, perhaps you can try to add more money and get a 0-RPM mode PSU so it stays silent during low load (most likely to happen when you run a modern Intel CPU + Maxwell/Pascal GPU due to low power draw so fanless mode will always on active).

EVGA 500B is a low end PSU and doesn't have 0db feature, so fan sound is still audible during heavy load, if this is ok for you then you are good to go

Not compulsory to go with 144Hz if you pick GTX1070, 144 FPS is still a difficult task for high end cards now in triple A titles, even it is just 1080p.
