[Budget] 4k-5k (lower the better) (including monitor)

[Purpose] gaming, programming

[Hardwares that will be re-use] mouse only

[Monitor resolution] 1920x1080 (prefer 144hz)

[Games & softwares that use frequently] dota2, aaa games (programming softwares not known yet)

[Personal preferences] an ssd, corsair air 240/ fractal define nano s for casing

[Location] kl

Is it possible to have a Gtx 1070 for this budget including monitor? Thanks for the help

Any wifi dongles you would recommend? I've had bad experience with USB wifi dongles. A Dlink on my htpc gives me 0.1mbps....
