I would sort the list like this though: RX470, 1060 3GB, 1060 6GB, RX 480, for Price-Performance.Reason: RX 480 is a little cheaper than 1060 but outperforms its rival at latest AAA titles in slight to moderate margin, while 1060 outperforms 480 at OpenGL/DirectX 11. 1060 3GB outperforms RX 470 completely while it is just a little bit expensive than the 470. After paying 100-200 more bucks than 1060 3GB you should be able to get either RX480 or 1060 6GB, so yeah that's my prediction for the list.
