Hope I posted in the right place.

I used to jog and run a lot in my younger days. Doing so in my adulthood now, my knee kinda hurt.

The question is, does running or jogging damage knee? Or it's some other factors?

Knee must expose under the sun for better recovery. Long hours of jogging doesn't strengthening the knees, it make balls/Uterus sagging

Balls drops too low, will effect male s hormone
Male's hormone levels drops, will lose all muscles
Small muscles can't grow big anymore
*
wow first time hearing about the balls story

I do admit sometimes I will go commando

But for such (hardcore) exercise, need to prepare myself more

Thanks for the input!

Hey guys,

Recently I do some running with smart watches for tracking purpose (with GPS).

I noticed my hand wrist feels tingling sensation whenever I enable the tracking.
Anyone feel the same as well and how to alleviate it?

only for that one particular arm or did you try switching the watch to another arm to see if there's similar effects? hmm.gif
*
Only tested on one arm, not used to the other side.

I think the GPS radiowave is quite strong, too much for my body to take sweat.gif

Just want to see if anyone else faces the same case and if there is any method to alleviate it.

Bro, seriously nowadays even some school shoes cost more than RM50.00. You need to top up at least another RM100.00 for a pair of running shoes. Lately, there hv been some very affordable running shoes coming fm China (China brand) that are worth a try.
*
My current pair from China cost about RM25, I have to say I am blown away considering how I utilise my shoe.
It last for years. Only complain is it needs more cushioning and the cloth is a bit thin and flexible (but it's reliable).

Other China copy shoes also seems not bad, but looking for specific usage right now (jog/run).

For the price for new shoes, only can think of Decathlon, and still need to top up 9RM for the most basic one: which likely does not last long and might provide good protection.

recommend at least this one 89RM:

They have great return policy also; just don't abuse lah

Note: I never tried decathlon shoes as it usually European style fitting which runs longish and narrow; I have peasant wide feet.

Thanks for sharing, seems like they have newer model worth a look.
Will drop by whenever I pass by the shop thumbup.gif

Bought the RM89 shoe and tested a few days.
I like the sole as it has more absorption and lighter.

Side note: I saw people using knee wrap, what's the purpose for?
