hi guys. recently just started jogging in awhile and i feel that i should invest in some proper entry level running shoes.
i have neutral arches so i can pretty much fit into most shoes. went to sportsdirect and shortlisted these... (around my bajet lah.) Brooks aduro 3 Asics gel impression 8 Asics gel patriot 8 Asics gel contend 3 Adidas energy cloud Adidas duramo 55 this is my very first pair of "proper" shoes.. previously just wear bata power shoes but i dont think its good for my legs in the long run... so which one should i buy?
