Hi guys, I’m new here, thought of looking for a runner forum and here i am.
Already registered Brooks Run Out Pahang International Marathon 2018 on 11/3/18, HM. My first ever HM.
Been following running plan from Nike+ Run Club. Is it a well plan? It’s been 4 weeks training for me. 2 short trainings on weekday and 1 LR on weekend.
Now so desprate to get my pace quicker, emo. Found some info from the internet, saying speed follows endurance. Someone could actually tell me if this is true? Hahaha! Because my 16km LR pace is just slightly quicker than my previous 15km LR pace by just 0.1sec.
Praying for sifus to light me up 😇

Hi guys, I’m on my nimbus19 now, found it a little bit heavy although it’s cushion is very good for LSD. Would love other recommendations for a lighter shoe but maybe 50% cushioning of the nimbus19? By the way, my feet a little bit wider, nimbus19 is quite narrow for me, wide feet guys please take note ya.
Any feedback on the ghost10 or ghost9? Because brooks shoe won’t be too expensive compare to asics.

QUOTE(afiqishak @ Mar 31 2018, 10:03 PM) Up sikit budget, get hoka. Lol Once i buy asics gt2000-5, not suit me. Too narrow. Hoka very nice cushion and pretty light. But also feels too narrow for long run. Add budget lagi meh? Nimbus19 not cheap leh woi. Hahaha! If hoka is still narrow then might gonna pass. Ask my friend’s review first, he just bought one. @teongpeng, okay, I’ll surf around This post has been edited by keenie: Apr 1 2018, 06:06 AM
