Strength training cardiovascular system very good ,when I deadlift my heart rate hit 185± with dizziness ,5times dizziness
Running build up Body energy systems ,lose very fast it u stop running
Strength training number one, jogging 2nd

If u are skinny runner losing muscles u need wheelchair

Knee must expose under the sun for better recovery. Long hours of jogging doesn't strengthening the knees, it make balls/Uterus sagging

Balls drops too low, will effect male s hormone
Male's hormone levels drops, will lose all muscles
Small muscles can't grow big anymore

Yep running frequently combined with the rate of your body metabolism will cause you to look 'cengkung'. This usually is very prominent on your cheek and will cause a person to look older cos a runners' cheek tends to sag faster.

For some ppl, running will burn a high amount of calories thus you are losing weight rapidly. This is good if you are on the route to lose weight. The longer you run in Zone 2 heart rate of your age, the better the fat burning is.
