hi there, prior to this i was using the Brooks pure Cadence for a couple of years..
its been many years since ive done "proper" running - just wanted to check if Zero Drop shoes/minimalist footwear still popular?
anyone knows whats the replacement model/equivalent model to the Brooks Pure Cadence? other brand-model suggestions are also appreciated!
Thanks in advance!

QUOTE(GripRunner @ Jul 12 2022, 12:01 PM) Minimalist shoe is not a hit anymore. Nowadays many people going for maximalist shoes or carbon-plated super shoe instead thanks to those new lightweight midsole materials. The only new shoe that can give the feeling of PureCadence should be the Saucony Kinvara series. same low heel drop, very flexible. You can give it a try Thanks.. I'll try to read up more. I've settled for an Altra provision 6...not the best when I started running in it, but I think after a few runs Its begun to feel better on my feet already. Huhu.. Maybe need some time since switching brands
