Pnm hm a lot of bukit. So you used diff muscles, hence it releases the tension area...

if not mistaken every saturday morning at Lake Garden there's a group call TPRC will start at 630am for 12km
and sunday at 6am for 20 to 25km
meeting point will be at lake gardens carpark which near foodstall and children playgroud

If that's the case, need to add more bukit training since I usually just run the DPC loop around the waterfront. Gonna venture up to the higher part of DPC then.

Yea, the PNM HM route is a torture fest of going up, then down and a bit flat before going up again. mega_shok.gif laugh.gif

I didn't know the route is like a hill game hahaha.

Lucky me every week do hill training (in recent months ) so i get to break my personal record. Yeay!!!

But pnm no balloon pacers, feel like something missing... haha

Anyhow... i plan to get myself a watch. I decided to train for my VFM next year.

So, not sure what model should I go for..
Fr235 looks like a bit canggih for me..
Vivoactive hr?

I love to run, but i sometimes hike and swim too... should i focus on Fr series or multi sport? Hmm

My budget below 1.5k la...

nope, they are doing it for free , no fees involve .. just meet them up and say you are new in the group will do .. they always welcome new comers and always take care of them, never leave them behind ..
