Sorry for the stupid question. Are there actually any smartwatches with built-in GPS below RM200? This is my first time buying smartwatches & I want to use it solely for Strava. If I have to stretch my budget it'd be up to RM300. TQ.

Amazfit maybe got around your budget...or huawei smart watch...prob need to check if its compatible with strava as well...

this kind of pouch already got plenty of choices. if accessories, my preferences always look at Decathlon first.

Not a sifu but I kinda feel that 5k is not a great distance and probably could be done with converse.  having said that looking at the reviews of those shoes you mentioned, they appear to be cushioned shoes which are probably great for jogging which would be fine for a comfortable daily runner.  They don't look suitable for intervals or reps if you're planning to do any higher intensity workouts.  Just my opinion based on what the shoes are designed for and i have no personal experience in either of those 2 brands.

It's true and that's what people used to run in. If you have read any running book your would have seen this name - Arthur Lydiard. This was a guy that definitely did more than 5k daily.

hi there, prior to this i was using the Brooks pure Cadence for a couple of years..

its been many years since ive done "proper" running - just wanted to check if Zero Drop shoes/minimalist footwear still popular?

anyone knows whats the replacement model/equivalent model to the Brooks Pure Cadence? other brand-model suggestions are also appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

U didn't say Men or Women, weekly mileage, racing / training and preferred thickness offset, etc.

In the RM119 range, maybe Mizuno Spark 3 or Maximixer 21?

for men indoor training
preferred light colour
standard thickness is fine
good air ventilation / breathable
light weight

Nike & Adidas not in list of consideration
