1 gel for 45mins or longer to 60mins
Sometimes, even took 1 before start of race
Some gel too watery, some too thick...
I usually take GU gel. its Thick..need lot of water to wash off
High5 watery easy to consume but I don't like the taste
I just think i take gel too late because at KM30 i feel no energy even after taking gel. Will try to take early my next marathon to see if got any difference
Usually I eat energy bar before leaving home to starting line. Surprising for me, eating mee maggi and a cup of coffee work better then energy bar
