I got joined last year. I personally think that it was quite well organized. Except the long queue for finisher tee collection, but normal for the crowd right.
The route is quite hilly too. haha!

I remember SCKLM also got virtual run last year.
It's for those who cannot make it on the race day. But for me, I join marathon is for the whole event experience.

This is how you do speed run.

Try do to intervals running at your best speed and rest in between. You can  slowly increase the run duration or run speed to progress further.

I take non caffeinated power gel from a brand called HAMMER, mostly fruity flavored like orange, berries etc. Available @RM6.90 at Aeon Wellness.
I think you can get ORS at any pharmacy which cost you around RM0.60-RM0.70 a sachet. Stir and drink with 250ml water, 2 hours before the race.

I bought a new pair of shoes and determined want to train harder and break more PB.
Just then I injured my knee and I stopped running for 2-3 months. cry.gif
However, still went on for the SCORE run day edition last Sunday, managed to complete the race but it was half walking.

Usually doctor only advice to rest more and let it heal by itself over time.
the medicine given was just painkiller that stop the pain temporary.
