U need a team for the spartan race.

I do have a team but there's only a handful of us. I think need at least 20 members to get the discount right?

I know that the organizer will give some additional benefits for the group with highest team member like dedicated tent for the team etc. Maybe can get discount also.

I'm assembling my own team. Maybe we can proposed to combine.

Oh that's cool. I messaged them on FB and they told me can get discount price for 20+ groups or via the trifecta pass.

We've already registered and paid. Not sure if the discount can still take effect if register separately even under the same group.

Morning runners,

As my endomondo premium expires in a few days. I'm looking at my options.

RM95.72 per anum vs strava RM30 Permonth. 1st 2months is free. Wonder if its worth the high price. And is it easy to export data from endomondo to strava vice versa. Since been using endo since 2015. And no, i don't t own any smartwatches yet. Hence relying on apps.

Any positive feedback is appreciated.

Thanks.

Hmm.. on the topic of apps, anyone have any ideas for interval timer to tell us when to walk and when to run? Im using endomondo atm and the interval function is just weird. Thinking to try galloway method for my 1st FM and looking for apps that can simply alert me every 5 minutes or so.

how to jog and lose fat? tried low intensity, high intensity, seems cannot lose fat.

The main ingredient to weight lost is calories out > calories in. If you run and burn 1000 calories but after the run you eat 1500 calories, then you're not losing any weight from the run at all innocent.gif laugh.gif

can, 10km should not be a problem for you. should you able to increase the pace into 6:30mins/km that will be great to handle a good 10km timing
