Just ordered this keyboard last week, it was delivered exactly 1 week later by such a friendly seller! Nice and easy COD, even allowed me to bank the extra money in later after I forgot to bring enough.

I was thinking of getting rid of my Razer Blackwidow Ultimate 2014 for a while now, and moving to something smaller to have more space on my desk. My first choice was actually one of the TKL boards, possibly one of the CM or Ducky ones. I never even thought of a 60% board until I stumbled upon the Anne Pro.

I ordered the Anne Pro with the white keycaps and white base as I needed a change from the black/black of the Blackwidow. I also ordered the optional blue base as it looked amazing in the pictures. Total price is RM350+25 for the keyboard and the blue base. Much cheaper than any similar 60% keyboard such as the Pok3r series. As for the switches, I took the blue Gaterons, as I loved the blue Cherry MXs on the Blackwidow.

Unboxing is a simple process, with very few extras. It comes with a plastic keycap puller, a flat micro USB cable and a Bluetooth dongle for your computer. Do note that it originally came with a white base, and I swapped the base out for the blue one immediately. Very simple process. Remove a few keycaps, unscrew 5 screws and swap the base. Unfortunately the base seems to be proprietary and I was unable to find any metal bases online.

The keycaps feel very, very premium, much better than that of the Blackwidow. It’s a much much smaller keyboard, and I still find myself searching for the arrow keys sometime. I will echo the thoughts of others and still say that the blue Gateron switches feel better than the blue Cherry MXs. They feel much smoother, but with the same click and sound that I love. Overall, the typing experience is very solid, the best that I have tried so far.

Moving on to the additional features, the RGB lighting is AMAZING. The lights are extremely bright and saturated, making the keyboard look amazing. The dynamic modes mirror that of the newer Blackwidow Chromas, very, very pretty. I won’t even use the Bluetooth connection much as it will be connected to my desktop 24/7, but Bluetooth works quickly and easily, with the option of pairing up to 4 devices, and switching between them instantly. Tried it with my Windows desktop, Macbook Pro, Galaxy S7 Edge, and iPad Air 2 with no problems whatsoever. The app is useful, but I only use it once in a while to configure the layout to something I can get used to. The lighting is much easier to configure using the keyboard itself.

The fact that it uses a micro USB instead of a mini USB is a lovely choice. I don’t have a single mini USB cable, but have tonnes of micro USB cables lying around the house. I just ordered another braided cable off Ebay for 1USD, will receive it in 2 weeks. However, this keyboard has one major downside. There is an Anne key. Nobody online seems to know what it does, and even the seller does not know. There is no mention of it in the manual, nor the app. I can’t seem to figure out what it does, and I can’t get rid of it because the app won’t allow you to save a configuration that does not include the Anne key on the first layer of keys.

Overall, it’s an amazing keyboard, even disregarding the price. Once you factor in the price, this keyboard becomes a must buy for anyone looking for a small keyboard with a budget, and an amazing option for those without a budget. There are downsides, but the pros outweigh the cons to me.

Just receive my Anne Pro from bro kuzumitaiga. It takes a week to arrive from the day I order ( which is very fast IMO). Seller is very responsive and answer every question I ask regarding this keyboard. This is my first mech kb and I am very satisfied. So, here is my taught regarding this keyboard.

So first, the pros. Of course the price! For only RM350 ( with postage! ), this is for sure the best bang for the buck. It's wireless and can connect to 4 device at the same time! I found no lag when using it wirelessly. Next, came with Gateron Switch. I order the blue switches and I found it better than my brother Masterkey Pro S with the Cherry MX blue switch. The keyboard is not too heavy, easier for me to carry it around. And the best part is, the apps for this kb. It's easy to use, fully customizable, comes with a ton of ready to use preset and you can do it on your phone or tablet!

Few cons that I found are there do not have battery indicator on the kb or in the apps and although it came with PBT keycap but it is thin. That's the only con I found.

Thank you kuzumitaiga for introducing this awesome keyboard to malaysia shore. I'm sure everyone will satisfied if you buy one. So here a few photo attach (Sorry for the bad photo, I'm not good with taking photo).

tongue.gif forgot to address the Anne key issue.

Manufacturer:

ANNE key is like a customisation key. You can customise certain keys via App/PC software, to double up as other keys.
eg. if you customise 123456 as asdfgh, you can key in asdfgh when holding [ANNE], keying in 123456.

I shot a very long video detailing this keyboard four weeks ago when I first got my sample unit from the manufacturer, however I did not have the time to compile it.

Any way, here is an awesome review by TaeKeyboards, check him out!

Manufacturer would like to note that Banggood is a legitimate supplier for the Anne Pro as well, if you prefer, you can purchase it from Banggood (although the end pricing, I am still cheaper and I handle switch warranties) and all customs issues will be handled by me, if you buy from Banggood, you have to handle your own kastam issue.

2) how do you charge the battery? plug phone charger to microusb port?

Hello. smile.gif

1) yes, totally programmable even on the function keys.
1a) yes, can be configured by pressing ctrl + ctrl to switch layers (there is no dip switches)
2) yep, although regular connection to your PC to charge is more recommended (battery isn't that large but it lasts 30 days or so, it is better to charge it with normal USB connection)

Ordered this keyboard from the one and only Mr. @KuzumiTaiga. Very friendly, fast response seller I must say. I ordered this keyboard few weeks ago but unfortunately, it arrived later than expected due to unforeseen circumstances. Seller was helpful along the way; he did help me out on the matter. Here’s my review of it:

Once it arrived, opened up the package and the packaging was quite nice. Inside the box, there were the keyboard itself, a nice flat micro cable given, a Bluetooth dongle; that’s a bonus and a keycap puller.
I ordered an extra black keycap hence, an extra box in the picture. My keyboard has a white base and white keycap and don’t want to look dirty for the keycap in the future.
For the build quality of the keyboard, all I can say is, even though its plastic but I can feel it a high quality of plastic. The keyboard also has some nice weight to it and with the rubber feet at its base, im sure it will not move at all.
The RGB lights on the keyboard have constant illumination along the board. You can change the RGB lights effects and brightness by using the mobile app or by the function from the keyboard. The mobile app is a nice touch, can do lots of things with it such as changing the key on the keyboard.

My keyboard uses Gateron Red switches, it’s very light to press on, a little part of me hate it cause it’s too light but I will get used to it after long run. As a new user in using 60% keyboard, all I can say, it’s easy to type on it. One thing making me confuse is what is the ANNE key does. I read it somewhere that it is a macro key which can be set using the app on mobile, will have to try it someday.

Overall, for me, couldn’t argue more with the price of this keyboard as the build quality, the features and the look of it is worth it. The only downside is the extra keycaps I ordered which some of the key was not labeled like the White keycap due to the black keycap was not made for the ANNE pro as far as I know BUT the good side is, the black keycaps given is the standard keyboard layout which means it have all the key in a standard keyboard.

So that’s my review of it, any questions feel free to ask me.

thanks for the feedback! thumbup.gif

to those of you who are wondering, the extra black keycaps are RM70 (made out of PBT plastics) they are made by Obins but I am unsure of why did they not design it to be following the Anne's layout. hmm.gif need to ask them.

Bought the keyboard from TS. COD with him at his place. tested the keyboard was working fine. Went back and plug it in my pc and suddenly the bluetooth cannot detect. contact TS again, he try so many things to troubleshoot it. After several troubleshoot, still could not detect the problem. TS then went to my place and try to solve it, but still could not solve it. He went back with my keyboard and test it works fine. Ask him to test it for few days before i take back the keyboard. He then came back, when try so many things and finally found that my pc front port was not working. HAHAHA...

Anyway, overall keyboard is really great. Love the color and click sound of my blue switch although at first was really annoying but overall all i can say is TS is a very responsible seller, always reply messages on the dot and hope to deal with you again in the future.

Hi guys, I just got the Anne Pro 60% (Red switch) this morning and I'd say this keyboard feels so good and quite similar typing sensation compared to CM Quickfire Stealth (Brown switch).

No currently typing using this Anne Keyboard testing the features. Since there's not manual in the box so I'd take quite some time to figure out how to use and set things up with the bluetooth and pairing.

I made few mistake if I try to speed up my typing. Maybe due to smaller form factor of it. For the price (about the same to my CM QFS), this is very great keyboard to own.

Then, I've been wondering, how may I turned this Anne off? Is there any instruction to do that? Or it will auto turned off when no pairing detected?

If anybody can fill me in, I'd really appreciate.
