For me, The idea of a car tyre is to give grip, better control and provide responsive feedback in in every emergency situation to the driver.

Avoiding the car from skidding, loss contro, aqua planning and involve in accident.

eco tires???
did this tyre offer the grip need by a car???
never tried before..
anyone tried? Proven in giving good fc???
any feedback???

In my humble opinion, the bestest tires to choose is from ultra/max performance category tyre like GYF1A2, PS3, RE003

How about you??

Traction is bad if gone above speed limit. In the wet is worst. Shittiest tires was nct5 but those buggers do last long.

Before this was using pp2, changing tires was a yearly affair. Probably the best all rounder ever made, ps3 last longer but isn't that good around the bends.

True. If you tried performance tyres, you won't go into eco tyres. Anytime.

Why you need low rolling resistance and that decrease fc. But decrease road grip also.

Most important is the tire you are using should be very new and just manufactured.
2 years old grippy tires also lose grip liao la, meanwhile now im using stock tires that comes with the car, rated traction at B also gives good braking and cornering because manufactured in june 2016. Wet performance lagi awesome.

i like eco tyres because of less rolling resistance, you get the wafting effect like it's a rollah , since it rolls smoother and further

On my HRV - only ECO tires
On my 308T - Ultra High performance sometimes Max and Extreme (But using extreme tires FC go down the drain cos car stick to the road like glue)
On my Vios - Ultra High performance sometimes Max and Extreme cos Cheap

Cos on HRV i no need to drive so hard because it was designed to be driven that way.
my Vios mod the suspension a bit so that can wack corners kaw kaw. But the limitations of this car is the engine belts and drive shaft when doing extreme cornerings.
308T like best wack corners

Then those axia originally also came with eco tyre adi ma correct

yes..comes with eco tyres but their FC still nowhere near the "said" FC laugh.gif
BTW, eco tyres has 2 big disadvantage
1. they're not cheap
2. they're not easy to find
so if it comes with eco tyres, u won't be using the same tyre back if u wanna change it
you'll prolly just go for a cheap normal tyre like cc5

Do not use Hankook Kinetic EX. Noisy and poor traction.
Just my personal opinion. smile.gif
