Just thinking out loud, are we moving backwards as a country?
We are building so so many rumahwip in kl... mostly at matured area. And although more and more people can afford a home, but is it of quality? what is your impression of rumahwip when its completed? Could it turn out like those flats that we see now? Example, the flat behind glomac centro. All double parking, full with rempits of 14years old riding bike without helmet. thats just an example to illustrate the lifestyle/culture that affordable home will create. Are we populating more of these cultures? What about selangor? Never see affordable home at hot area. All hot area is expensive by top developer. Could this actually segregate selangor and kl even further in 2020? Where the lesser income are seen staying in kl, and the higher income in selangor. Altho it may seem u r rich when you stay in kl, bcuz our capital city is kl ... but in reality, it might be the other way round. |
